It’s ok.

It’s not for me as I’m not looking for a job and as it happens I think I’m quite good at creating CV’s. Or at least I thought I was.

Owen needs to supplement his meagre funds by getting a job and a first step is to go round to the various places locally to him to ask if they have any jobs. Despite the fact that we are talking about jobs that fall into the category of not requiring experience or even a huge amount of skill then I must admit I’m surprised that every place has asked him for a CV.

Anyway, I’m finding it almost really hard to advise what to put on it. What objective should be added, what skills, and so on.

Any advice world?

Do you have the tooth fairy in your family?

We do. It’s harmless and is one way to ensure that the children look after their teeth.

Well two days ago one of Jenna’s teeth fell out – a not uncommon experience for young folks of her age. Anyway, we put her to bed and despite hearing a few creaking floors decided to ignore the nocturnal wanderings. Later on heading to bed we discovered the reason for the wanderings…

I Am Stoked…

Big time.

My church, to thank me for all the “unseen” IT support work I do for them has given … yes, read that again, given me a ticket to this Saturday’s Wales v Scotland Six Nations match at the Millennium Stadium.

I can’t wait and although I’m at one end of the pitch I’ve been a couple of times to know that the view will still be good. I’ll just have to hope that the majority of the action is at my end for the half when Wales are attacking it ….

What has stunned me though is the cost of the ticket. I’d love to go to every Wales home game but due to a number of reasons which include: timing and lack of ticket availability I now have to add cost as a major factor. If I had to purchase this ticket it would have set me back a cool £58.

Now I love my rugby, but that is simply ludicrous.
