Owen got 4 x B’s in his A Levels and his mum and I are well pleased and so, so proud of him.
However, perfectionist that he is (and even allowing for his glandular fever and lack of work for his AS’s – everything is accumulative) he is disappointed because he wanted A’s all round.
As one of his mates put it … “don’t worry O, you started and finished with 4 whereas I started with 4 and ended with 1 and some only got a ½” … sort of puts it into perspective.
Well done Owen – I love you and am so proud of you.
